Highly structured models can be efficient in times of uncertainty. But teams can get stronger through problems if they are anti-fragile, adaptable, and agile. For people to accept decisions they must have highly aligned values.
Purpose and values drive alignment. Values should tell us what to do when we don’t know intuitively, or nobody is looking.
