CDR Expansion and Operational Enhancements
AFIA made a submission to Treasury on exposure draft amendments to the Consumer Data Right to expand to telecommunications and implement operational improvements.
The submission welcomes the operational improvements, in particular the reciprocity delay and trial product exemption. It provides suggestions to broaden the applicability of the trial product exemption.
