AFIA has lodged a submission to Treasury’s consultation on Improving Corporations and Financial Services Law.
This submission reflects AFIA’s support for the implementation of recommendations from the Australian Law Reform Commission’s Interim Report A on these matters.
AFIA welcomes this much needed simplification of the Corporations Act 2001 and associated regulations.
