A Code Compliant Member or Code Signatory is a BNPL provider that has been accredited by the CCC and subscribes to the Code’s obligations.
As part of the successful completion of the accreditation process, the Code Compliant Member can display the accreditation symbol in relevant
places on their documents and website. For the full list of Code Compliant Members please see below.
A Code Compliant Member will remain a Code Compliant Member, unless the CCC chooses to revoke the BNPL provider’s certification by using their delegated powers.
